Our Business, Entrepreneur, & Executive Coaching Team
Kerry Walls
Kerry is The Director of Business Consulting and a business coach, course leader and group facilitator at The Taylor Group.
As a business coach, she is committed to her clients producing breakthrough results in pre-determined areas. This process is custom designed with each client, based in a business case for growth and expansion and with a clearly designed path for action and milestones for measurement of results.
Kerry initially works with clients to own their personal value and sell and market the value of their product and services so that they see how they are clearly unique in the industry and among the competition. She helps business owners, leaders and managers effectively design their firm’s offers, resulting in increased sales, improved productivity and well-being, and creating a proven track record in their market.
Business coaching is highly customized to the specific business and the challenges they face, and consistently produces a significant return on investment. Some examples: of results produced with clients:
- Doubling profits during the largest recession in 80 years
- Significantly moving key indicators in a business with in 90 days, ie such as ratio of refinances to purchases in the mortgage industry
- Many of the clients we work with quickly become the highest producers in their company within 6 months
- Assisted a CEO in increasing sales in his company 83% in two and a half years of business coaching;
- Supported the portfolio managers of a restaurant company in increasing the sales in the company portfolio 15% over previous years, compared to an industry standard of 5%;
- Another example: after working on owning her value in her business, one client entered a meeting thinking she was going to propose doing a piece of work for $50,000. As a result of the work done with Kerry, she was able to hear a different level of urgency and need in her client as well as have an increased awareness of what she was bringing to the organization. She then proposed and closed the piece of work for $100,000, instead of $50,000.
Kerry’s unwavering commitment to people and to possibilities, grounded with a proven track record of producing extraordinary results no matter what the circumstances, inspires others to get in action, and to persevere and achieve the results they want in their businesses and their lives.
