Champion Leadership And Team Building
Champion Leadership and
The objective of the Champion Leadership and Team Building program is to create a commitment to alignment, leadership, teamwork, and communication that is anchored to the business case. We facilitate building an organizational climate that forwards teamwork and fosters a learning environment for people to be effective leaders, managers and coaches. This program is for established teams; teams in formulation, teams expanding and teams contracting, as well as individuals who work cross functionally and move from team to team.
Clients report results consistent with the strategic direction of the company such as increased productivity and deliverables, lowered costs and reduced cycle time. Other highlighted results include making tough decisions, alignment to strategic direction, ability to constructively disagree and openly talk about issues, and an ability to become stronger in the face of adversity. An environment of success and fulfillment for all is built.
Our program focuses on four key areas we have found powerful in developing teams that have the potential of producing outstanding results on a sustainable basis.
· Creating a culture that is organized around and actively supports the objectives of the company, the team and the individual. The actions people take in organizations today demand velocity, influence and power to obtain and maintain a champion leadership position. Our process helps identify the factors that are barriers to success. We train people to deal with those barriers in a way that allows change to take place at an accelerated rate.
· Producing individual, team and organizational achievements. Given the rapidly changing demands placed on organizations by competition, changing market conditions, and a changing work force, incremental improvements are not always sufficient to keep pace or excel. Our work is designed to support individuals, teams and organizations in producing specific, concrete and unprecedented results. Most often this involves seeing new approaches to work rather than throwing more resources or effort into the task.
· Learning and responsible action. Our program challenges participants to listen powerfully and to use language as a tool for learning and producing action. We also examine some of our “common sense” notions about how to build a team and be a leader. We work with people so they are able to increase their level of ownership and responsibility. A team of individuals who come to these realizations together has the potential of working together in a champion leadership manner, producing unprecedented results as a team.
· Establishing working relationships based on active mutual support. Participants will discover how to use relationships as a powerful way to increase performance and satisfaction. New levels of trust, cooperation, communication and teamwork are established.
